A former Niti Aayog officer has complained to Air India for an unpleasant experience while flying the executive class on a Tata Group plane. Urvashi Prasad, a former director of Niti Aayog, published two images in X of a broken seat that, according to her, was from her Indian Air AI2996 Bombay to Delhi Flight.
In the shot, a rectangular panel had fallen from the executive class seat he had reserved.
“The broken seats in executive class on Flight AI 2996 of Air India from Bombay to Delhi … They can only expect the rest of the plane to be working,” said Prasad, the only side participant who works with three successive vice presidents in Niti Aayog, in the position in X.
Air India responded to his message saying that they would verify the problem. “Dear Mrs. Prasad, we are worried about noticing this. His comments are important to us and we will make sure that he is immediately approached,” the airline replied.
