The Ultra Metro Vancouver concert carrier has announced an important expansion of the service to begin spring with flights that begin as low as $ 59.
Harbor Air will begin more than 155 daily flights that connect 12 destinations on the west coast as of May 1.
Travelers looking for an alternative to the ferry or a way of omitting long road trips can find several affordable rates of Vancouver Harbor Flight Center, located in Canada Place in the center of Vancouver.
In 2024, the Richmond -based airline launched new routes from the Vancouver Harbor flight center to cities from all over the province, including the island of Salt Spring, the Patricia Bay/Victoria International Airport, Whistler, such asx and Butchart Garden on the island of Vancouver.
The increase in daily flights from May 1 includes:
- More than 155 daily flights in 12 destinations on the west coast
- 20 daily exits between Vancouver-Victoria
- 12 daily exits between Vancouver/Richmond-Nanaimo
- Seven daily exits between Vancouver/Richmond-Salt Island Spring Island
- Four daily exits between Richmond-Victoria
- Four daily exits between Vancouver/Richmond-Powell River
- Two daily exits between Vancouver-Seattle and Nanaimo-Sechelt
Three seasonal routes are also relating:
- Return of the seasonal route of Victoria-Sal Spring Island
- Return of seasonal routes of Whistler, Tofino and Cox
- Return of Whistler Spectacular Glacier and Whistler Valley Scenic Tours
“As the crowded spring and summer trip season, Harbor Air is proud to be able to meet the travel needs of both the locists and tourists by increasing our capacity and frequency of flight at the key moments,” says Chris Fordyce, vice president of Commercial, Harbor Air.
Low cost flights from Vancouver with Harbor Air in 2025
Travelers can take advantage of the agreements on unidirectional direct flights from Vancouver to several destinations for less than $ 100 as part of the airline agreement from now on to March 31 or until lasting seats.
For example, a flight from the port of Vancouver to the port of Nanaimo on Wednesday, March 26 costs $ 59 for the lowest rates class (Luz). However, travelers should consider the rules of changes, cancellations and luggage weight subsidy (see three slide).
No changes in light rates are allowed and passengers will not obtain a reimbursement for cancellations. Passengers can only bring bags that weigh up to 10 pounds, otherwise, a $ 3 rate can be applied per pound. In addition, it will travel on a available space base.
For approximately $ 20 more on this route, a value rate ticket allows changes up to 72 hours before the flight for $ 50. Travelers can also cancel their ticket for $ 50 and receive a valid loan for 12 months. They can also change the flight to an hour before the scheduled game the same day in the same class for $ 75. Within 72 hours of the flight, the ticket is not eligible for a refund.
Passengers with value tickets can also bring bags weighing additional pounds (15 pounds in total).
Comfort tickets allow changes up to 24 hours before the flight for $ 25 and credit cancellations. The day of the flight, travelers can make changes or cancel their ticket for $ 50 up to an hour before the scheduled exit.
Passengers with comfort tickets are guaranteed bags of up to 25 pounds.
Flexible tickets allow travelers to make changes to their tickets without penalties. Changes up to 24 hours before the flight can be done to another day and up to an hour before the takeoff can be changed to another flight the same day.
Flights can also be canceled for a complete refund to the original payment form up to an hour before the scheduled output. The cancellations made within an hour of the flight are not reimbursable.
Flexible ticket holders are also guaranteed bags of up to 25 pounds.
Other low cost options from the Vancouver port include Salt Spring Isand for $ 89 and Victoria Harbor for $ 99 (see Four and Five Slides).
