The Experience Supplier at Collinson International airport was recently associated with China Ping An Insurance (Hong Kong) to offer Smartdelay as a free benefit for its customers.

According to the association, eligible customers of online travel insurance in Hong Kong (SAR) who have registered their flight have access to more than 1,600 airport rooms or alternative benefits in case their flights are delayed or canceled.

What for customers?

Smartdelay is available at the three levels of China Ping An Insurance (Hong Kong) online of travel insurance policies.

As such, the product allows travelers to visit an airport hall or choose an alternative benefit, such as a spa experience, a sleep capsule visit or a discount on the restaurant, without the need to complete a claim form.

As soon as travelers are informed a flight delay of more than an hour or flight cancellation, a QR code is sent to visit the Airport Hall or take advantage of an alternative benefit.

Customers can enjoy these benefits simply registering their flight not less than two hours before the scheduled departure time, with the China Ping An insurance policy (Hong Kong) that allows an additional person who travels with the head of the policy enjoy the benefits of Smartdelay.
