The global applicationSkyscanner has announced the launch of a new exclusive applications called Drops. The function is available for users in Hindi and English and is designed to help travelers to find the best flight offers for their 2025 trips. The company states that travelers can discover flights that have seen price drops of more than 20 % compared to its lowest point in the last 7 days with this last characteristic.
How to use drops function
When you log in to the Skyscanner application, travelers will automatically have access to new drops every day, a collection of flights from a nearby airport that has dropped at a price at at least 20% or more, compared to the lowest price of the flight in the last 7 days.
To celebrate the launch, Skyscanner has shared some key ideas of January 2025:
- Friday arose as the most popular day for dropsallowing Indian travelers to start their weekends with savings.
- 38% of all drops were published before 9:00 amdemonstrating that the first birds really get the most offers.
- Goa headed the list of domestic destinations with the greatest amount of dropsfollowed by Bangkok internationally.
