He announced that as of October 1, their travelers will be able to travel in an executive product dedicated in flights within Europe. The airline declared that its goal is to offer a clear and recognizable executive class product, providing a high experience for passengers looking for comfort, flexibility and a higher level of service.
According to the Scandinavian carrier, the new executive class product would strengthen its competitive position and improve the customer’s trip, attracting even more regional and international premium travelers, which would reinforce its position within the premium segment. Paul Verhagen, the Commercial Director (CCO) of SAS, who mentioned the development in September 2024, reiterated that the airline’s comfort and quality travelers expect a clear product of executive class.
“While Sas Plus has provided an improved experience, has lacked the recognition and clarity that travelers are looking for. With the reintroduction of the European Executive Class, we make sure that SAS offers the premium experience of a higher European airline. “

At the same time, the supply of products will undergo important changes, including a concept of food and drinks with a more premium gastronomic experience and priority in the soil, as well as access to additional rooms, “Ensure a perfect premium travel experience from beginning to end.”
