I have visited more than 35 US states and 42 countries on four continents.
As I have such an intense affinity for world trips, I had to find ways to keep costs low enough to continue with my next adventure.
I usually reserve economic flights even though I have always fought with the space of my legs as a higher woman, my general desire to travel replaced concerns about short -term comfort.
However, something changed the past fall when (something impulsively) I updated my long distance flight from Zurich to Seoul to executive class.
It was destined to be something unique, but it has changed how I want to experience trips. I have had three long distance flights from that “fateful” day in September … and I have updated the executive class at a time.

In executive class, I can enjoy my long distance trip as much as my destination. The largest seats with ample legs and dining room in the air and fluid libations have been revealing.
The improved seat gives me space to stretch my legs and have enough space to be comfortable and productive when I have work to do too.
Although the general experience of the executive class is worth it, I find the greatest value in how I feel when I arrive.
The 180 degree seats give me the opportunity to sleep (even if I can only handle a few hours). This is especially good in long and night flights that generally have morning or daytime arrivals.
While heading to my next destination, one of the best gifts I can give myself is the best opportunity to rest, relax and recharge while on a flight. The executive class gives me the comforts to do exactly that.

The typical cost of executive class updates may vary from a few hundred dollars to thousands (unless you use credit card points or credit cards) and may not be feasible for each budget.
Personally, the cost of an update when observing the flight time. So, for example, if the flight is 12 hours, and the update costs $ 1,000, that is approximately $ 83 per hour. For me, that cost is often worth it.
Although it took me for 37 years to try the executive class, I do not know if I can travel in economics again, especially not for long trips.
In the future, for any flight of more than nine or 10 hours, I will try to buy an update.
