Collinson International has been associated with China Ping An Insurance (Hong Kong) to offer Smartdelay as a free benefit for its customers.
This collaboration allows eligible clients of online travel insurance in Hong Kong (SAR) that have registered their flights to access more than 1,600 airport rooms or alternative benefits in case of delay or flight cancellation.

Smartdelay, now available at the three levels of China Ping An Insurance (Hong Kong) online travel insurance policies, allows travelers to visit an airport room or choose an alternative benefit, such as a SPA experience, a visit to the sleeping pod or a discount on the restaurant, without the need to complete a claim form.
As soon as travelers are notified of a flight delay of more than an hour or a flight cancellation, they will receive a QR code to access the Airport Hall or use an alternative benefit. Customers can enjoy these benefits by registering their flight at least two hours before the scheduled start time. In addition, China Ping An Insurance (Hong Kong )’s policy allows a companion person to benefit from Smartdelay together with the head of the policy.
