Costa Rica is a destination of choice of its own adventure full of diverse landscapes, from sand and quiet beaches to lush tropical forests, and ecological tours. While there is certainly a lot of attractiveness for an expanding resort with an exaggerated children’s club and multiple pools and gastronomic options, much of the joy of a trip with the little ones is slowing down, enjoying the simple pleasures and spending the quality time together. That is exactly what is barrel at the Harmony hotel. Installed by the jungle, a short walk from the famous Guinos de Nosara beach, the boutique respite feels like a tropical paradise (our tykes had fun wandering down the roads and spions and bugs and birds). There is a main group for Splash Sessions, a game closet, Matinee’s family films on Sundays and independent bungalows for privacy (read: without shared walls) and asleep quiet. The restaurant, which is the favorite of the guests, vacationers and local for a long time, has excellent options for children at each meal.
