Jet Genius Holdings, Charter Flight Group, and its director, Jordan Brown, whose other private aviation brands include Jet Agency, Jetcharter.com and JetxChange, have been beaten with another demand.
(Editor’s note: a text message from Jordan Brown after we publish the article is included).
He alleges that the private jet corridor and his CEO failed to fulfill the flights that the plaintiff had paid, which was confirmed.
Flycfg, as it is also known, then could not provide a refund, according to the presentation.
The lawsuit was filed on February 28, 2025 in the southern district of the United States District Court of Florida.
According to the presentation, Frederic Gautier-Winther hired Charter Flight Group for a Houston flight to Turks & Caicos on December 26, 2024 for nine passengers.
A return flight was scheduled as part of the Charter contract for the nine group on January 2, 2024.
Gautier-Winther says he paid Charter Flight Group $ 88,925.
According to the demand:
‘On November 15, 2024, Gautier-Winther and CFG held a written agreement through which in exchange for a payment of Gautier-Winther to CFG for an amount of $ 88,925.00 (the price of the letter), CFG agreed to organize a charter flight from William P. airport at William P. airport at Texas Airport in Texas to Providential Airport Turks and Caicos airport that settled at the December 26 airport, at the Texas airport, tours at the Turions and Caicos airport, which settled at the December 26 airport December 26. 2024, and for a charter flight back to Houston on January 2, 2025. ‘
The demand alleges: “Despite the written demand of Gautier-Winther, CFG and Brown, with criminal intention, they have refused to send the price of the letter to Gautier-Winther and have diverted the price of the letter for themselves.”
The plaintiff seeks “compensatory damage, triple damage for an amount of at least $ 276,775.00, interest prior and subsequent to trial, expenses, lawyer fees, judicial costs and anyone and all the greatest relief that this court considers fair and appropriate.”
Fly Alliance was specified in the FlyCFG contract as an operator for the trip.
The contract says: “The direct aircraft carrier of the Gulfstream IV is Fly Alliance. CFG will notify the client within a reasonable amount of time in case the direct air carrier changes. “
However, a Fly Alliance representative says the operator was not part of the trip.
The presentation did not specify why Charter Flight Group could not meet the flight.
Nor did he specify whether the Jet Genius brand offered any option.
The presentation did not documented what attempts were made to ensure reimbursement.
The contract establishes:
‘All trips that include departure or arrival dates on the maximum travel days are subject to a 100%cancellation charge. The maximum travel days are defined as seven days before and seven days after all the federal holidays of the United States.
However, the demand alleges that “without the fault of Gautier-Winther, CFG could not provide charter flights.”
Maurice Baumgarten of the Toricela Law, which represents the plaintiff, said he had no additional details.
Jet genius CEO responds
Brown did not respond to a request to comment on the last lawsuit before the publication.
After publishing the article, Brown sent us a text message with the following. Brown’s comments are in gray.

Other FlyCFG demands
Torricella’s law filed a separate lawsuit against Charter Flight Group.
That lawsuit against Flycfg was filed last May.
He also claimed not to reimburse an ad hoc’s charter flight but never delivered.
Baumgarten said he anticipates a failure for breach after the defendant did not respond.
That demand claimed that Plak Talk Travel, Inc., based in New Jersey, hired the Charter flight group for a Tel Aviv A Newark
The travel agency allegedly paid CFG $ 630,785 for the unidirectional flight.
The flight was canceled by FLYCFG, according to the demand.
His presentation claims, “in accordance with the terms of the agreement, having not provided the charter flight, CFG was obliged to return the entire price of the letter to the plane trips.”
In addition, he states: “Despite the fact that Mr. Brown, on behalf of CFG, admitted in writing to PTT that CFG was obliged to return the entire price of the letter to PTT, CFG has refused to do so, instead, instead, only $ 205,785.00 of the price of the letter to PTT, leaving a balance of $ 425,000 PTT, the price of tariff tank. “
Capital Jets, Inc. vs. Charter Flight Group
Capital Jets, Inc., a Charter operator, recently received a default sentence against Jet Genius Holdings and Charter Flight Group.
The sentence of $ 17,200, dated February 20, 2025, occurred after the defendant did not respond to the claim.
It was presented at the County Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County on November 20, 2024.
Capital Jets says it flew to Charter Flight Group customers in N269GJ, a Learjet 60.
The lawsuit included a contract with Brown’s firm dated October 11, 2024.
Charter Flight Group celebrated the reservation using a credit card.
Capital Jets alleges that the funds were not connected before the flight
The private jet operator charged the credit card.
It was discovered that the position had been rejected after the flight had been executed.
Despite several exchanges with Brown, the payment was never made, hence the demand.

Demand for Get Genius members
Another demand for a former company partner continues in California.
That demand was Initially fired.
Then he referred in August 2023.
Aaron “Angel” Stanz filed the lawsuit at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Name Jordan Brown, Jet Genius Holdings, Inc., Jet Genius Florida Holdings, Inc., C3jets LLC, Bowman Aviation, Inc., Jet Agency Global, LLC, C3 Limo LLC, Jetcharter.com LLC, 1-20 and Jet Genius Holdings, Inc.
That demand made multiple accusations:
‘Brown also uses a page of Shell of entities to avoid paying the demanding amounts due to him and to avoid other obligations of the company. In doing so, Brown ignores almost all corporate formalities and simply changes assets from one entity to another, all for their personal benefit and benefit. Brown uses your Shell game to evade the responsibility derived from JGH’s commercial operations. In particular, it seeks to avoid millions in special federal taxes evaluated (FET) related to rental aircraft. Brown has not been able to pay on time and pay completely the fet related to the JGH operations. Instead, he took measures for the plaintiff of the chair personally with much of that load ($ 1.3 million in unpaid fet), despite the guarantees that Brown would explain those taxes, while changing the operations and assets of JGH to a new entity to avoid payments. The plaintiff believes that Brown’s plan is to continue repeating that cycle for his personal benefit. To date, JGH has refused to defend or compensate the plaintiff for FET’s responsibility, Brown has refused to recognize JGH’s obligations to the plaintiff, and even Brown has tried to use the enormous fiscal burden as leverage to obtain concessions from the plaintiff. “
Stanz had legal problems in the past.
In May 2018, the SEC accused Stanz of defrauding investors.
He claimed that he exaggerated and cheated claims about the commercial operations and finance of a medical marijuana company.
Stanz was established without admitting or denying the accusations of the SEC.
In 2009, Illinois Attorney General cited Stanz for “alleged telephone grocery operations that placed unauthorized positions in the telephone invoices of thousands of Illinois consumers, small companies and local governments.”
Stanz agreed to stop participating in the alleged deceptive practices as part of the agreement.
