In 1945, Pan American Airways helped mark the beginning of a modern travel era in commercial airplanes being the first airline to introduce an economic class. And although it caused air trips to be more affordable, the name of PAN AM remains luxury synonym thanks to gourmet meals, to fashion hostesses and spacious seats appeared in their original airplanes. Unfortunately, the closed cultural icon in 1991.
Now, Pan AM is ready to take the skies once again. A 12 -day trip that dates back to the first most glamorous air trips, will return to the original routes of AM Southern and Northern Transatlantic bread. The trip was forged by Pan American World Airways, which was launched in February 2024, together with the foundation of the Pan AM Museum, and is officially licensed by Pan Am Brands.

The Boeing 314 Clipper Airplanes of Pan AM began to fly the crossings of the Atlantic in the 1930s, and presented dining rooms of 14 people with full waiters service.

Pan American World Airways acquired the iconic PAN AM brand earlier this year, and this trip is part of a greater effort to relaunch and reintroduce the name of bread AM in the travel space. Carter declared that the company sees “unlimited opportunities to take further take the PAN AM”, even with exclusive airports and brand goods with the iconic AM PAN logo, among other initiatives.
The trip will begin with 50 passengers on a 757 rented 757 plane configured with all-business class seats in New York City on June 27, 2025. From there, the flight will stop in Bermuda; Lisbon, Portugal; Marseille, France; London, England; and Foynes, Ireland, before returning to New York on July 8.
The program will be operated by Bartelings, a company that specializes in organizing world tours for private airplanes and criteria trips, a tour operator with an approach to educational trips.
At a time when “we are more accustomed to travel as a merchandise, usually a way of getting from point to point B at the most economical price,” said criterion on his website on the next PAN AM trip, the trip is destined To serve as a reminder of the “golden age” of travel, “a time when the trip itself was a glamorous experience, and when the trip was as important and special as destiny.”
According to criterion, passengers can expect exclusive restoration, an open bar, the ability to transmit content in flight on their personal devices and a selected crew that will remain with them during the duration of the trip while it is in the air.

In the field, the guests will stay in some of the most luxurious hotels in the world, including the Palisandro in Bermudas, the Four Seasons Ritz in Lisbon, the Savoy in London and Dromoland’s castle in Ireland (the accommodation in France is not yet has announced). The trip also includes some special events, such as a night of Fado music in Portugal and an exclusive dinner in the flying boat and the Maritime Museum of Ireland, which houses the only Boeing 314 clipper replica in the world. (The clipper plane could land in the water and Pan AM used it mainly in the 1930s). There will also be gala nights at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in New York City before and after the trip.
The price of the commemorative trip of 2025 AM Airways bread is $ 59,950 per person according to the double occupation, or $ 65,500 for single occupation, and includes flights, accommodations, most meals and drinks, and a brand bootbag. Tickets can be reserved on the Travel Criterion website.
As for whether there will be additional AM PAN trips, Carter declared that the 2025 trip is “the first of many exclusive thematic flights in the luxury travel space.”

Although the new Pan American World Airways has not yet revealed many details about additional exits, the company has said that it plans to develop an exclusive private reaction trip worldwide in 2027 that will celebrate 100 years of the PAN AM Foundation.
