The individuals arrested are Believed to Be Part of A Larger Criminal Group Involved in Overcharging Passengers, Intimating Drivers, and Forcing Taxi Operators Ililgal Arrangements. The Network’s Activities Had Gone Largely Unnotized Until Authorities launched their research.
